Nouvra Studio sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped to your home, and there are no shipping fees.
How you receive your order
- Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with access to your files (PDF patterns, video classes and bonus guides).
- The email is sent to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- If you bought the Commercial License, your license certificate (PDF) is delivered with your order.
If you cannot find the email
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Make sure the email address in your order confirmation is correct.
- Still nothing after 1 hour? Write to support@nouvrastudio.com with your order number and we will send your access again.
Downloading the files
The patterns are PDF files you can open on a phone, tablet or computer, or print at home. The video classes are large files: we recommend downloading them on Wi-Fi. Please download and save your files once you receive them.
Where we deliver
Because delivery is by email, our products are available worldwide. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert the amount to your currency.
Taxes
Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout according to local law.
