These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of nouvrastudio.com and to every purchase from Nouvra Studio, a brand operated by DIGISOFT LLC, a limited liability company with its address at 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, Missouri 64701, United States. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our products
We sell digital products: PDF bag patterns, video classes, guides and licenses. Product descriptions, photos and videos show what you receive; every bag shown in our photos is made from a pattern in the collection. Results depend on your own practice, materials and skill.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us, or use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Launch prices and countdowns show the real end date of the offer. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
4. Delivery
Digital files are delivered by email after payment, as described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Your license to use the patterns
When you buy Luxury Bag Patterns, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- use the patterns, videos and guides to make bags for yourself and as gifts;
- sell the finished bags that you make yourself, by hand.
The Commercial License, sold separately, additionally allows you to sell finished bags in any quantity, under your own brand, with helpers or employees, to shops and wholesale buyers, and to teach paid workshops, as described in the License Terms.
7. What is not allowed
With or without the Commercial License, you may not copy, share, resell, give away, publish, upload or distribute the pattern files, video classes or guides, in whole or in part, in print or digital form, including inside kits, bundles or courses. You may not present our brand name, photos or pattern pages as your own. If you break these rules, your license ends and we may take legal action.
8. Intellectual property
The patterns, videos, guides, photos, texts and designs on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. They are licensed to you, not sold. The Nouvra Studio name and logo belong to us.
9. No earnings promises
Our guides about pricing and selling share ideas and methods. We do not promise that you will sell bags or earn any particular amount of money. Any examples are illustrations, not guarantees.
10. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, for example by trying to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its security, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
11. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for websites we link to that we do not control.
12. Disclaimer
Our products and site are provided "as is". We do our best to keep the patterns accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or interruptions. Working with needles, scissors and hardware is at your own risk; keep small parts away from young children.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products, including sharing or reselling our files.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
